Description of problem:
Western Digital usb 3 drive connected to usb 3 pci interface card works nicely. Connected via a buffalo usb 3 4-port hub does not work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F15 beta live cd, 2.6.38.2-8

How reproducible:
always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect the drive via a usb 3 hub
2.

Actual results:
hub detected as usb 2

Expected results:
hub detected as usb 3

That looks like way too much code to add to 2.6.38.
