Description of problem:

Clicking on the link representing number of test cases tagged with
particular tag results in an empty search.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.3-4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/case/74565/#tag
2. in the "RHEL61review" row click number in "Cases" column
  
Actual results:
Empty search.

Expected results:
List of 20 test cases tagged with "RHEL61review".
