    On older versions of gtk/pango, we don't under stand anchor
    links, so don't anchor'ify links in linkify on older versions
    (older than 2.18)

    694839: Remove some pango markup and instead linkify links ourselves
    
    Also, add test cases for linkify and fix up the regex used to
    match urls to pass the test cases.
