Description of problem:

The government of Chile has announced that they will extend their summertime once again, till May 7th.

Summertime was originally supposed to end on the 12th of March (2011)

Then it was postponed till April 2nd. This change was covered by
http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2011-0353.html

The summertime end, however, has since been postponed again, till May 7th.

See http://www.horaoficial.cl/cambio.htm (in Spanish).

All RedHat, CentOS etc. machines in Chile have been showing wrong time for almost a week now.
