/var/lib/pulp-cds is where packages are synchronized to on the CDS. The CDS secret is stored at /var/lib/pulp-cds/gofer. This could cause problems if a repository with the relative path of "gofer" was created.

The solution is pretty simple, just move .secret up a directory to /var/lib/pulp-cds.

Verified in build 0.171, the location of secret file has now been changed 

from /var/lib/pulp-cds/gofer/.secret

to /var/lib/pulp-cds/.gofer/secret
