Description of problem:
Kickstart - Child Channels - Possible to select RHN Proxy Channel.

Ssatellite 5.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Satellite 5.4 with RHEL5 Base Channel  and
      redhat-rhn-proxy-5.3-server-x86_64-5
      redhat-rhn-proxy-5.4-server-x86_64-5
      rhel-x86_64-server-vt-5
      rhn-tools-rhel-x86_64-server-5
2. System -> KickStart -> Create new KickStart profile
3. Base Channel: RHEL5
4. Go to the "Operating System" tab in section "Child Channels"
      redhat-rhn-proxy-5.3-server-x86_64-5
      redhat-rhn-proxy-5.4-server-x86_64-5
      rhel-x86_64-server-vt-5
      rhn-tools-rhel-x86_64-server-5

5. Check   redhat-rhn-proxy-5.4-server-x86_64-5

Actual results:
Success

Expected results:
Fail


Additional info:
The only way to have RHN Proxy Channel assigned is to install RHN Proxy.

Satellite 5.6 has been released. This bug was tracked under the release.  

This bug was either VERIFIED or RELEASE_PENDING (re-verified prior shortly
before release). 

Moving to CLOSED CURRENT_RELEASE.
