In Fedora 15 Gnome 3 installation, system-config-date are no longer useful because Gnome-Control-Center have his own date-time panel.

So, please, don't install it by default.

It will only get installed if you select the "Administration Tools" group in anaconda, you can simply deselect the package or the group if you don't want to have it. As there are other desktops which don't have their own method of setting the system date/time/timezone I'll leave it as it is.
