How reproducible:

After reestart ibus, Korean Input Mothd works.
And reboot computer, Sometimes this issue happen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to gnome
2. Launch gedit
3. Enable Korean Input Method (Click Korean in ibus tray)
