Description Karel Zak 2011-04-15 12:17:48 UTC
Description of problem:

Now wipefs(8) prints error and exit on partitioned devices. That's useless behaviour. The expected behaviour is to print warning and work as for unpartitioned devices.

We need a way how to remove unwanted FS/RAID signatures on partitioned devices.

Fixed by upstream commit 70601bb696502fd5d597c4dcaaeb5897a4d36961.
