Running satellite-sync from disk export with non-default locale fails with thraceback.

2. export LC_TIME=cs_CZ.UTF-8
3. rhn-satellite-exporter -d exp -c rhel-i386-server-6 --no-rpms --no-packages --no-kickstarts --print-report
4. satellite-sync -l -m rhel6/
