If for some reason a repo delete fails during release on the CDS, the entire unregister operation fails. Need to harden this code up a bit.

verified
with permission changed on a repo file, ran the following successfully.

[root@preethi ~]# pulp-admin cds unregister --hostname=pulp-cds.usersys.redhat.com
Successfully unregistered CDS [pulp-cds.usersys.redhat.com]
