Andrew, I've just created this bug using packaged mylyn 3.5.0. Let me know if you know how to reproduce the problem you were seeing.

If you did it with Mylyn 3.5 and didn't get a "A valid customer-facing is not set" then there's no problem which is great!  Thanks.
