Description of problem:
In the latest AMI I noticed that aeolus-configure is logged to two different files with different sizes.  One appears to be in the puppet output format and the other is in a more traditional log file format.  The puppet format is in /var/log/ and the other is in /var/log/aeolus-configure/.

It might be useful to keep both since you can cat the puppet format file and see the output in the puppet output colors.  Errors are easier to see.  If that is the case, push the puppet format to /var/log/aeolus-configure/ dir and name it appropriately, something like aeolus-configure-puppet.out.
