Description of problem:

We have 4000 topics in the DB now. When you click 'Related' on a topic, you get all possible topics to choose from. If you started from a previous query, it seems like that query should be used as the basis for the possibly-related topics. In my particular case, that would take the list of possibles down from 3842 to 69.

Also, I would rather tick boxes for relationships and submit them all at once, to save me having to click Back all the time. Is there a way we can get this to behave a bit AJAXy and let me search and tick things without losing previous results?

Implemented the ability to relate a topic and return to the list of topics so you can relate another one.

Done. Expand the "Filters and Search" panel to perform advanced searches on related topics.
