Check the patch and do the code view

2.fix the resend_igmp parameter validation
We can reset the resend_igmp value more then 255 in rhel 6.1
[root@hp-dl585g7-02 ~]# echo 300 > /sys/class/net/bond0/bonding/resend_igmp 
bond0: Setting resend_igmp to 300
Verified on kernel 2.6.32-171.el6

3.Disabling resend_igmp when set it =0
Verified on kernel 2.6.32-171.el6

4.Checked the documentation file in Documentation/networking/bonding.txt
