This is a bug in the proprietary Catalyst driver (as evidenced by the telltale /usr/lib/libatiuki.so.1 library being loaded). We cannot fix bugs in proprietary graphics drivers. Please report this bug to AMD's graphics division. I am sorry, but since we do not have any source code nor debugging information for that driver, there is really no way we can fix it. In addition, we do not even ship that driver, so we couldn't even provide you with an updated version even if we could fix it. (RPM Fusion Nonfree does ship the driver, but it's clear that you're not using their packages because whatever you used to install the driver overwrites your system libGL.so.1 instead of installing the custom libGL.so.1 to a different path.) So the folks at AMD are really the only ones who can possibly help you. And FWIW, kwin_opengl_test is kinda expected to crash if the graphics driver is buggy, that's one of the reasons it's a separate process rather than being done inside KWin.
