Applications in the non-empty Other category

Description of problem:
I'm performing a GNOME3 test day test case, specifically: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_desktop_menus

"2. No Other menu should be present at the top level of the system menu layout."

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-3.0.0.2-2.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Applications menu.
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
There should be no applications in the Other category.

Expected results:
There are many applications in the Other category:
Authentication, Date & Time, Deja Dup Preferences, Email Settings, etc. (see the attached screenshot.
