Description of problem:

SSL has been turned on.. 
the following two rpms need to be installed 

1. openssl
2. mod_ssl


recreate:
1. aeolus-configure
2. aeolus-cleanup; aeolus-configure
3. check httpd

httpd is down

see log file.
