Description of problem:

you cannot put VM without rhevm-tools installed on stand by because Default monitor is not updated.

How reproducible:

100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a VM with XP OS - do not install rhevm-tools
2. internally in the VM -> Start-> turn off computer -> stand by
3.
  
Actual results:


you will get this error: 

the device driver for the 'Default Monitor' device is preventing the machine form entering standby. please close all applications and try again. if the problem persists you may need to update this device. 




Expected results:

if we do not support stand by without rhevm-tools installed we should put in the release notes.

Dafna and I tried could not reproduce it with the following versions:
 - qemu-kvm-0.12.1.2-2.162.el6.x86_64
 - rhevm ic122

With the tools not installed, stand-by is grayed off.
