Description of problem: The AviaryScheduler feature should have deps similar to the ConsoleScheduler, but instead has no deps on a scheduler of any kind. Installing the ConsoleScheduler feature will allow a successful activation that won't necessarily be functional since there is no dep on a Scheduler.
