Description IBM Bug Proxy 2011-04-29 15:20:14 UTC
Reboot tests are not required on Power systems when testing with v7-1.2-25.
If they are not required with v7-1.3-25, then ignore the bug.

However, I tried reboot tests (nfs, and local) on a Power7 blade. They have failures.
The output log has been attached.

re-opening - bug is against 1.3 R35.

Comment 4 Greg Nichols 2011-04-29 17:43:19 UTC
Are the kernel-debug and kernel-debuginfo rpm's installed?

It looks like the test can't find the debug kernel info:

Found kdump image: /var/crash/127.0.0.1-2011-04-28-21:52:21/vmcore
crash: /usr/lib/debug/lib/modules/2.6.32-71.el6.ppc64/vmlinux: No such file or directory

Any updates here, re: my question of comment 4? Otherwise, I'd like to close this out. BZ 701491 changes dependant rpm installation which may handle this issue.
