Hi, in Fedora we use currently the latest stable release, which is older than three years. During all these years, a lot of new or updated translations have arrived. My German translation resides there for these three years, too. In my mind, the Fedora package should be built based on the current Git content for the benefit of the non-english users. Especially the LXDE folks would appreciate that, I'm sure.
The latest git depends on openbox-3.5, so I've updated to 20091221gitc8ac23 and manually picked some patches after that commit.
obconf-2.0.3-6.20091221gitc8ac23.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/obconf-2.0.3-6.20091221gitc8ac23.fc15
