Description of problem: Kate "Highlight Selection" (ktexteditor_hlselection) plugin is not visible in Settings/Configure Kate/Editor component/Extensions with : - LANG=fr_FR - LANG=de_DE - LANG=sp_SP ... It doesn't matter if the correponding kde-l10n-xxx package is installed. It works with : - LANG=C - LANG=en_GB - LANG=en_US Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kdesdk-4.6.2-1.fc15 kdelibs-6:4.6.2-1.fc15 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch "LANG=fr_FR kate", the plugin is not in the list 2. Launch "LANG=C kate", the plugin is in the list and is enabled
