Description Remi Collet 2011-05-02 17:24:16 UTC
systemd stop mysqld.service is really long (some minutes)

Only 1 child process seems to hang, from ps -efH :

root 3848 3842 0 19:16 pts/1 00:00:00 /bin/systemctl stop mysqld.service
root 3849 3848 0 19:16 pts/1 00:00:00 /bin/systemd-tty-ask-password-agent --watch

This is really a issue during system shudown and during update (service restart)

Add Lennart Poettering in CC: as this bug seems systemd related.
