remember, with network service starting is ok, here add the password for tree times and NM renounce.

What is your WiFi card, driver?

/var/log/wpa_supplicant.log would be helpful.
Please see "Debugging WiFi Connections" section at http://live.gnome.org/NetworkManager/Debugging to increase log level.

tihis is here in laptop, ip 192.168.0.3, gw 192.168.0.1

in server 192.168.0.1 (gateway for this with 192.168.0.3) another atheros 150Mbpx started with network service, and there ppp0 is masqeraded

network adhoc, also here with network service all is ok but something wronk there in server, maximum 18 Mbps, also there the driver is ath9k


this log may be not good, now i`m connected with an 3G modem and wlan0 is started antway with network service

The problem appear to be auth failed with preentered password, i will try this widout any password and i will set iptables to accept only this MAC

don`t work, not important, anyway i will continue to use network service not NetworkManager, this is good only too scan and see available wlan networks, also this must be down when you try to configure and use multiple gateways, routing tables, etc...
