Description of problem:
Search run,in search result, clone run without select any one woll show 404 page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4 on englab

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click to advanced search 
2.Type any keyword you want to select
3.Click "search run" button
4.Do not select any run ,then click "clone" button
  
Actual results:
Page not found (404)
Request Method: 	GET
Request URL: 	https://tcms.englab.nay.redhat.com/runs/clone/

Expected results:
Warning such as "At least one run is required by clone function."
(the same to clone plan)

Instead of showing 404 when clonning runs without having selected any of them, will now show prompt page gently.

Verify version: 3.4 on stage (3.4-5)
Actual results:Warning that “At least one plan is required by clone function.”
Verify result: PASS
