Description of problem: yum update/upgrade fails when trying to resolve dependency problem if bind97-* packages are installed. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.7.1-4.el5 in epel-testing

How reproducible: Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum --enablerepo=epel-testing upgrade
  
Actual results:

32:bind97-libs-9.7.0-6.P2.el5.x86_64 from installed has depsolving problems
--> bind97-libs conflicts with bind-libs
32:bind97-utils-9.7.0-6.P2.el5.x86_64 from installed has depsolving problems
--> bind97-utils conflicts with bind-utils
Error: bind97-utils conflicts with bind-utils
Error: bind97-libs conflicts with bind-libs

Expected results: No errors, update successfully.

Packages shipped by EPEL should not replace packages shipped by RHEL, in this case since that cardinal philosophy has been overlooked, you will have to ask who ever maintains bind97 to add provides: bind-libs to his package.
