Description of problem: rhnsd never reflects INTERVAL value from /opt/redhat/rhn/solaris/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhnsd because /etc/init.d/rhnsd contains following snippet: if [ -f $PREFIX//opt/redhat/rhn/solaris/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhnsd ]; then . $PREFIX/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhnsd fi $PREFIX//opt/redhat/rhn/solaris/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhnsd Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. install solaris bootstrap from satellite 5.4.1 2. check content of /etc/init.d/rhnsd Actual results: rhnsd check satellite in 4h period only Expected results: INTERVAL value from /opt/redhat/rhn/solaris/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhnsd sourced Additional info:
Can I assume you use version RHATrhnc-5.1.0-4.pkg ? This is fixed in spacewalk since day 0. So it is probably just about rebuilding recent RHATrhnc.
