Description Dietmar Schnabel 2011-05-07 06:33:12 UTC
Description of problem:

I am a german native speaker (Austrian) and i recognize since a long time (never had the mood to report it) that in preupgrade the English term 'Packages' is translated into "Packete".

(this is on the main screen when packages are being downloaded)

As now a new major release is soon to be released i want to report this to finally remove the issue.

The right translation is: 'Pakete' - "Packete" does not even exist.

For confirmation you might check www.leo.org or www.duden.de.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

preupgrade-1.1.9-1.fc14.noarch

Comment 1 Roman Spirgi 2011-08-30 19:12:32 UTC
All 'packages' are now translated as "Pakete". Will be fixed in Fedora 16.
