This bug should depend on bugs in pacemaker which require resolution for the pacemaker-cloud component.

depends on Bug 705202 - installing pacemaker-libs-devel via yum requires 24 dependent packages

Andrew indicates Bug 705214 which is not yet fixed will be fixed in pacemaker-1.1.6.  He does not want the bug reopened.  Please validate this RFE is resolved in 1.1.6.

It's no longer clear whether we'll even implement Pacemaker-cloud as such for cloudforms -- we'll probably use Heat or something like it instead. I'll leave this tracker open for now, but I'm taking the cloudforms release version flag off of it to reduce noise.
