Description Gerry Tool 2002-08-02 14:38:25 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020724

Description of problem:
Once the Object Explorer and Property Editor/Signal Handler windows in
qt-designer have been dismissed, they cannot be restored.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qt-designer-3.0.5-3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open qt-designer
2.Click on the title bar for Object Explorer or Property Editor windows - they
disappear from the screen
3.Select the menu Window > Views and select the window to be shown
4.Even though the checkmark shows viewing selected, the window is not displayed.
The File Overview window can be dismissed and restored normally.
5.Close designer and reopen - windows still not available.

Actual Results: Windows are removed and will not restore

Expected Results: If window is removed from the display, it should rappear when
it is selected in the Window > Views menu.

Additional info:

I tried to reinstall qt-designer-3.0.5-3 using rpm -ivh --force. It seemed to
install, but results were the same.
