Sometimes it happens when only moving one contact (but in Evolution, it always comes through as if one was trying to move more than one).
Can be reproduced 100% consistently.

How to reproduce
-----
1. In Evolution, switch to Contacts.
2. Have multiple populated local address-books.
3. Move more than one contact at a time from one address book to another.
