support TUN endpoint without IP address

Description of problem:
socat allows to use TUN:... as one endpoint, but this always requires an ip address. The attached patch allows to use TUN without an ip address, e.g. when the interface is used in a bridge.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
socat-1.7.1.3-2.fc14.


Additional info:
patch has also been send upstream.

Package socat-1.7.2.0-1.fc15:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing socat-1.7.2.0-1.fc15'
as soon as you are able to.
