Description of problem: The cache directory configured for dmapd by the RPM is incorrect. /etc/dmapd.conf defines the Database-Dir as /var/db/dmapd, but the RPM creates /var/cache/dmapd. Also, the cache directory needs subdirectories of DAAP and DPAP to be present or dmapd won't cache anything. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): dmapd-0.0.34-2.fc14.x86_64 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install dmapd 2. configure a music share 3. start dmapd Actual results: no caching is performed Expected results: dmapd caches the metadata Additional info:
