When looking at the results. At the recipe level the timezone is correct. 
But if you open the tasks the timestamps on tasks are UTC

You can see this on any running job.

By open the tasks I mean click "Show All Results"

since we load the additional results via ajax we need to make another call to the jquery code that updates the datestamps.
