Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open evolution and make sure its online
2. Suspend machine to ram
3. Resume and watch evolution trying to get online. It fails after some time and switches to offline mode.
  
Actual results:
Even network manager is online evo switches to offline and never returns to online mode until switched manually. User is not aware and misses all mails.

Expected results:
Switch to online mode, retry after it fails since network manager reports its online.
