Description David Shaw 2011-05-26 21:24:31 UTC
Description of problem:

If someone tries a VRFY, EXPN, or ETRN against sendmail, logwatch mentions that in its daily message. However it looks like this:

  Rejected VRFY/EXPN/ETRN (host,ruser):
  	Tota: l 1

i.e., "Tota: l" instead of "Total: "

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

logwatch-7.3.6-60.fc14.noarch

How reproducible:

Arrange to get a VRFY, EXPN, or ETRN.

Actual results:

"Tota: l"

Expected results:

"Total:"

Additional info:

It's line 1707 of /usr/share/logwatch/scripts/services/sendmail

Thanks for the note, I'm surprised it hasn't been seen before, and it still exists in the source upstream. We will push it upstream and also include a fix in one of our future updates.

Comment 2 Fedora Admin XMLRPC Client 2011-12-16 10:47:36 UTC
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
