Description Petr Pisar 2011-05-31 08:37:27 UTC
abrt-2.0.2-5.fc15.x86_64

I want to send a report to Bugzilla without saving password. It's not possible to do that:

If I select to send report to Red Hat Bugzilla and I have not login name and password in Bugzilla configuration, I got error message "Empty login or password, please check your configuration" instead of asking for the credentials.

If I get into Bugzilla reporter configuration, I fill in a login name but I keep password empty, I'm asked to open Gnome keyring by putting passphrase. But I do not want to use Gnome keyring because I do not want to store the password anywhere. If I dismiss the Gnome keyring request, abrt shows error message "Error saving event 'report_Bugzilla' configuration to keyring".

In both cases I'm not able to continue with sending the report.

I thing you should allow not to save credentials.

This is possible from abrt command line utility only. GUI is in our TODO. Use abrt-cli for report for now.

This should be already fixed. Please reopen if not.
