Description of problem:
rhn-upgrade package should contain documentation for customers wishing
to migrate their Satellite 5.4.* from a RHEL-5 OS to RHEL-6.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check rhn-upgrade, see if it contains documentation for migrating
the 5.4 Satellite from RHEL-5 to RHEL-6 (i.e. no Satellite upgrade,
just operating system upgrade)

  
Actual results:
No documentation like that.

Expected results:
The documentation is present and it works.
