Description of problem:
Reserve workflow lists system with excluded family set and allows scheduling recipe which will be aborted anyway.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.6.12 on bekaer-stage

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. check dev-kvm-* machines on stage have RHEL3 excluded
2. go to reserve workflow page
3. select RHEL3 distro
4. click "Show Systems"
  
Actual results:
dev-kvm-* machines are present in the list. When chosing "Reserve Now" job is aborted with "Recipe * does not match any system" message.

Expected results:
dev-kvm-* machines not in the list
