Description of problem:
Qpid 0.10 includes Perl bindings to Qpid messaging but these aren't being packaged.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qpid-cpp-0.10-2

Expected results:
To have a perl-qpid subpackage (or something similar).

Files that should be included:

 * cqpid_perl.pm      (<>/qpid-0.10/cpp/bindings/qpid/perl/)
 * libcqpid_perl.so   (<>/qpid-0.10/cpp/bindings/qpid/perl/.libs/)
 * the perl examples  (<>/qpid-0.10/cpp/bindings/qpid/examples/perl/)

Thanks for the patch, I added it in qpid-cpp-0.10-3.fc16.
