Description of problem: The latest upstream build is better documented, has build fixes, and is easier to support for the lifetime of Fedora 15. At the same time, it does not have any real code changes from the version released in 3.13 (with a necessary fix for handling 3.0 series Linux kernels). Thus, this update would not needlessly play with users by forcing them to take updates that might cause stability issues. No other form of update should in general be allowed once a stable Fedora is shipped.
