Scenario:
1. Install RHEV-H 6.1-20110510.1 from ic121
2. Log in with admin in order to access the wizard
3. Go to the RHEV-M section, fill-in all configurations
4. Choose Apply, restart the RHEV-H and check the configuration file under /etc/vdsm-reg/vdsm-reg.conf, the port (vdc_host_port) is not changed and remain as default

Results:
The RHEV-H can not register since it access RHEV-M in a wrong port
