The report is blank via select version '--' or build '--'.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the "REPOETING -> Testing Report".
2.Select one product
3.Select '--' in version's or build's drop down list.
4.Click "Generate Report" button
  
Actual results:
The report is blank.

Expected results:
Report is normal.
