Description Bjorge Solli 2011-06-10 06:57:15 UTC
Could you please update the package for Fedora 14 too, with the support for netcdf4?

Regards
Bjørge Solli

This is the error message I get:

$ ncks -a -h -O -4 -L 9  daysplitAEWJune30.nc outfile.nc
ncks: ERROR Requested netCDF4-format output file but NCO was not built with netCDF4 support
ncks: HINT: Obtain or build a netCDF4-enabled version of NCO. Try, e.g., ./configure --enable-netcdf4 ...;make;make install

$ rpm -q nco
nco-4.0.5-3.fc14.x86_64

Hope this is possible to fix!

Hi, it works but still no netcdf4 support.. I had a look at your spec file and you seem to have some checks around the --enable-netcdf4

According to http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=2621 Fedora 9 was the last version that had only netcdf3.

Okay, apparently --enable-netcdf4 doesn't work and I needed to define ENABLE_NETCDF4 and HAVE_NETCDF4_H by hand.
