Try, e.g., ./configure --enable-netcdf4 ...;make;make install $ rpm -q nco nco-4.0.5-3.fc14.x86_64 Hope this is possible to fix!

Hi, it works but still no netcdf4 support.. I had a look at your spec file and you seem to have some checks around the --enable-netcdf4 According to http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=2621 Fedora 9 was the last version that had only netcdf3. Bjørge
Okay, apparently --enable-netcdf4 doesn't work and I needed to define ENABLE_NETCDF4 and HAVE_NETCDF4_H by hand.
