Patch(es) available in kernel-2.6.18-289.el5
You can download this test kernel (or newer) from http://people.redhat.com/jwilson/el5
Detailed testing feedback is always welcomed.

Comment 7 Jinxin Zheng 2011-12-07 07:45:22 UTC
Verified on an Intel Q9400 CPU.

In kernel-xen -298, `xm dmesg` shows these:

(XEN) VMX: Supported advanced features:
(XEN) - APIC MMIO access virtualisation
(XEN) - APIC TPR shadow
(XEN) - Virtual NMI
(XEN) - MSR direct-access bitmap

while in kernel-xen -274, there's no such message.
