Description of problem:
The server fails to start after every system restart. The problem is that directory /var/run/lighttpd is missing. I have to create it manually and then restart the server.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.26-4.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Everytime.
