Description of problem: After installed from yum, I try to start sipwitch from "sudo service sipwitch start", but failed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sipwitch.i686 0:0.9.2-2.fc15 How reproducible: The error occurs every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. install sipwitch with yum: yum install sipwitch 2. try to start sipwitch: service sipwitch start Actual results: output: Starting sipwitch: *** sipwitch: -d: unknown command option Expected results: started successfully Additional info:
I just confirmed that this is because in /etc/init.d/sipwitch, the OPTIONS= should be "-b", NOT "-d" :). At some point I think we changed from using "-d" for "daemon" to "-b" for --background, but this clearly never got updated in the init script. We could do a small patch for it, or get it in the next release update.
This is still a problem with F16.
This should be fixed when we push sipwitch 1.2.0 into F16.
