Description of problem:
wpa_supplicant runs 'chkconfig' in its installation scriplet, but the
package doesn't depend on chkconfig:

[root@rtt5 rpms]# rpm --nogpg -q --scripts -p wpa_supplicant-0.6.8-10.el6.s390x.rpm 
postinstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh):
if [ $1 = 1 ]; then
        chkconfig --add wpa_supplicant
fi
preuninstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh):
if [ $1 = 0 ]; then
        service wpa_supplicant stop > /dev/null 2>&1
        killall -TERM wpa_supplicant >/dev/null 2>&1
        /sbin/chkconfig --del wpa_supplicant
fi

[root@rtt5 rpms]# rpm --nogpg -q --requires -p wpa_supplicant-0.6.8-10.el6.s390x.rpm | grep chkconfig
[root@rtt5 rpms]#

It causes error messages in some cases:
