Steps to Reproduce:
1. # ipa help sudorule-remove-runasuser
Purpose: Remove user for Sudo to execute as.
Usage: ipa [global-options] sudorule-remove-runasuser SUDORULE-NAME [options]

Options:
  -h, --help     show this help message and exit
  --all          Retrieve and print all attributes from the server. Affects
                 command output.
  --raw          Print entries as stored on the server. Only affects output
                 format.
  --users=LIST   comma-separated list of users to remove
  --groups=LIST  comma-separated list of groups to remove
  
Actual results:
# ipa help sudorule-remove-runasuser
Purpose: Remove user for Sudo to execute as.

Expected results:
# ipa help sudorule-remove-runasuser
Purpose: Remove users and groups for Sudo to execute as.
